Gilbert Rugby are delighted to have teamed up with the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation to bring you an exciting new ball.
My Name'5 Doddie Foundation was founded in 2018 by former Scotland and Lions rugby player, Doddie Weir, following his motor neuron disease (MND) diagnosis. From the outset, Doddie was frustrated by the lack of effective treatments and hope for people living with MND and was driven to further research into this, as yet, incurable disease.
While Doddie is no longer with us, his legacy will be a World Free of MND, and My Name'5 Doddie Foundation is relentless in its pursuit of this goal. To date, the Foundation has committed £11 million to MND research, along with a further £2 million to people living with the disease.
By purchasing a tartan Gilbert rugby ball, you are helping to support this vital work and making a difference to those living with MND. Get yours today.
